Weekend Agenda

Friday, February 27, 2026 - All Institute Educational Program

• Topic: TBD
• Location:  Education 2 North Building.  13120 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80045 [NOT our building]
• Parking: Georgetown Parking Lot is closest, but any of the visitor ones will work
• Time:  TBD   Estimate: Arrival & bagels at 8:30, event start time at 9 AM. goes until 12:00 or 12:30 PM 
• Any reading suggestions will be passed closer to the meeting

Friday,  February 27  - Child Committee & Child Faculty Meeting 

• Meeting runs about 12:45 - 2 PM  (start 15 minutes after the Educational Program)

• lunch for committee members  (TBD)

Friday, February 27 - afternoon / evening  (FORT COLLINS)

• 4- 6 PM -- Informal, non-hosted, Happy Hour at the Hotel Bar at the Elizabeth Hotel

Saturday, February 28 - Faculty Meeting

• 9 AM - 3:30 PM -- Faculty Meeting.  Agenda TBD.  (room open at 8:40, to start meeting promptly at 9 AM.  lunch will be included)

  • Faculty meeting with various topics
• 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM Board of Directors Meeting

• 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM  Drinks & Dinner 
• • Gathering and mingling with non-hosted bar from 6:30 PM
  • Seated dinner begins at 7:00 PM  (select at registration)

Logistics, Fees & Important Info

Fees:

• $100 Registration Fee for Faculty (includes Fri breakfast, Saturday coffee & lunch, any CME fees if being offered, and helps with room rental costs)
• $110 Dinner Fee

Sleeping Rooms:

• Book Directly with hotel.  $205/night plus taxes and fees.  Booking Link 
• Last Day to Book: Thursday, January 29, 2026
• Current room block is for 25 rooms/night.   If the block is sold out, I will try to get more added, but if not, the hotel probably still has rooms at a slightly higher rate.
